Things to Consider Before we Arrive
2. Gather up important documents such as life, auto, and property insurance policies, and the property deed and any titles.
3. Look for bank books, certificates of deposit and statements, as well as, stock certificates, annuities, pension and retirement records and, tax returns, as well as, cash and other valuables.
4. Don’t forget family photo albums, old film or video, scrapbooks, and other sentimental items and possessions.
5. Okay, now, you are ready for the Clean Out Crew to come and complete your estate clean out.
